Plating

Star Metallizing is capable of Metallizing/
Plating many types of films in roll form, by using the method of evaporative vacuum deposition of aluminum.

We metallize customer-supplied film, or
we can supply our customers with any film required metalized or unmetallized.

• Substrate Thickness: 20 gauge to 15 MIL+
  (5 micron to 375+ micron)

• Sizes: Widths up to 120"/
  Outside Diameters out to 33"

• Cores: 3", 6" and 10"

Rewinding & Slitting

Our capabilities to rewind & slit your film cover widths of 80" wide maximum, with a 34" outside diameter, using 3", 6", 10" cores.
